日本Cafe的味道🇯🇵😍當我個仔第一次試咗日式咖喱汁之後,就愛上了🤣俾小朋友食買甘味就得~唔會有辣味!炸豬扒我都係最鍾意用油炸,雖然麻煩啲但係勁香脆同好食好多✨今次用咗新鮮豬扒🇯🇵勁鬆軟Juicy好食🩵
➡️記得唔好漏咗煲飯,用日本米煲會更加夾🍚
材料: (2人用)
豬扒 4塊
麵粉 100g
麵包糠 100g
雞蛋 1隻
鹽 1/2茶匙
油 適量
咖喱汁:
薯仔1個、甘筍半條、洋蔥半個、日式咖喱磚半盒 水 800ml

做法:
- 熱鑊下油,爆香薯仔,甘筍和洋蔥粒!然後加入水,中火煮20分鐘!再加入咖喱磚,繼續煮多5分鐘!
- 豬扒用叉或者鬆肉器拮鬆!之後兩邊加入少少鹽,撲上麵粉,然後撲上蛋液,然後再撲上麵包糠!
- 油用中火預熱!然後加入豬扒炸4-6分鐘至金黃色,拿起備用!再配咖喱汁和白飯食用即可

- Pork cutlets: 4 pieces
- Flour: 100 g
- Breadcrumbs (panko): 100 g
- Egg: 1
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Oil: as needed Curry sauce
- Potato: 1
- Carrot: 1/2 stick
- Onion: 1/2
- Japanese curry roux: 1/2 box
- Water: 800 ml Instructions
- Heat a pan with oil. Sauté the diced potato, carrot, and onion until fragrant. Add the water and simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes. Then add the curry roux and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Use a fork or a meat tenderizer to poke the pork cutlets. Sprinkle a little salt on both sides, then coat with flour, dip in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the oil on medium heat. Fry the pork cutlets for 4–6 minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside. Serve with the curry sauce and white rice.
