完全唔使開火嘅晚餐!!撳個掣就得~雞髀我會用新鮮雞髀~非常鮮甜充滿雞香同急凍雞髀冇得比!☺️我呢個電飯煲仲整到飯焦!🥰Enjoy💓本地肥美臘腸真係勁好食>_<
材料:
雞髀 2隻
臘腸 2條
冬菇 5粒
瑤柱 6粒
米 3杯
水 米份量的90%
生抽 1茶匙
油 1湯匙
蔥花 適量
雞髀醃料: 生抽兩湯匙,麻油一茶匙,糖一茶匙,生粉一湯匙
做法:
- 雞髀加入醃料醃5分鐘,冬菇和瑤柱浸腍!冬菇去蹄
- 米洗好之後加入90%水和生抽和油!然後放上冬菇,瑤柱,臘腸和雞髀!正常煮飯模式!
- 煮完之後可以先拿起臘腸,將臘腸切片,然後再加入蔥花即成~


Ingredients
- Chicken drumsticks (2)
- Chinese sausage (2 links)
- Dried shiitake mushrooms (5)
- Dried scallops (6)
- Rice (3 cups)
- Water: 90% of rice amount
- Light soy sauce (1 tsp) + oil (1 tbsp)
- Spring onion (to taste)

Marinade (for chicken): light soy sauce 2 tbsp, sesame oil 1 tsp, sugar 1 tsp, cornstarch 1 tbsp.
Steps
- Marinate chicken 5 min. Soak shiitake + dried scallops (remove shiitake stems).
- Add rice + 90% water + soy sauce + oil, then top with shiitake, scallops, sausage, and chicken. Cook on “normal rice mode”.
- Remove sausage, slice, then add spring onion.
