好多人反映其實屋企未必有焗爐,但係又想整到蜜糖雞翼☺️其實簡單用個平底鑊去煎都得㗎~煎雞翼要多少少耐性,千祈唔好全程都係中火,因為咁樣好易表面燶入面又未熟!🥺需要嘅話可以冚蓋焗熟~My boy had five pieces🤣😗
➡️急凍雞翼浸一浸鹽水,可以去除雪味!同埋肉質更加Juicy~
➡️煎嘅時候記住觀察表面,煎雞翼比較易易燶

材料:
雞翼 10隻
蜜糖 3湯匙
檸檬 2片 (可以最後加入檸檬汁)
醃料:
生抽2湯匙,老抽1湯匙,糖1茶匙,生粉1茶匙,胡椒粉1/4茶匙,紹興酒1茶匙,麻油 1茶匙,蒜片2湯匙,蔥1扎
做法:
- 急凍雞翼,解凍後加入一茶匙鹽,放入雪櫃浸在水中30分鐘~ (can skip)
- 倒走水份,然後加入醃料醃至少30分鐘,可以醃過夜更佳!
- 熱鍋下油,把雞翼醃了倒走!用中火將雞翼會變煎2分鐘,然後每邊再轉細火煎4分鐘,總共12分鐘,可以視乎雞翼大小調校時間!
- 最後加入蜜糖即成

Honey: 3 tablespoons
Lemon: 2 slices (add at the end; you can also add lemon juice at the end)
Marinade:
Light soy sauce 2 tablespoons, dark soy sauce 1 tablespoon, sugar 1 teaspoon, cornstarch 1 teaspoon, ground pepper 1/4 teaspoon, Shaoxing wine 1 teaspoon, sesame oil 1 teaspoon, minced garlic 2 tablespoons, 1 bunch of spring onions
Instructions:
- Thaw the frozen chicken wings. After thawing, add 1 teaspoon of salt and refrigerate them in water for 30 minutes (optional—can skip).
- Drain the water, then marinate the wings with the marinade for at least 30 minutes (marinating overnight is even better!).
- Heat a pan with oil. Add the marinated wings (drain off excess marinade first) and pan-fry. Cook on medium heat for 2 minutes until the wings start to sear. Then pan-fry on each side on low heat for 4 minutes each, for a total of 12 minutes. Adjust time according
