簡易香煎蜜糖雞翼 中式食譜

簡易香煎蜜糖雞翼

好多人反映其實屋企未必有焗爐,但係又想整到蜜糖雞翼☺️其實簡單用個平底鑊去煎都得㗎~煎雞翼要多少少耐性,千祈唔好全程都係中火,因為咁樣好易表面燶入面又未熟!🥺需要嘅話可以冚蓋焗熟~My boy had five pieces🤣😗

➡️急凍雞翼浸一浸鹽水,可以去除雪味!同埋肉質更加Juicy~

➡️煎嘅時候記住觀察表面,煎雞翼比較易易燶

材料:
雞翼 10隻
蜜糖 3湯匙
檸檬 2片 (可以最後加入檸檬汁)

醃料:
生抽2湯匙,老抽1湯匙,糖1茶匙,生粉1茶匙,胡椒粉1/4茶匙,紹興酒1茶匙,麻油 1茶匙,蒜片2湯匙,蔥1扎

做法:

  1. 急凍雞翼,解凍後加入一茶匙鹽,放入雪櫃浸在水中30分鐘~ (can skip)
  2. 倒走水份,然後加入醃料醃至少30分鐘,可以醃過夜更佳!
  3. 熱鍋下油,把雞翼醃了倒走!用中火將雞翼會變煎2分鐘,然後每邊再轉細火煎4分鐘,總共12分鐘,可以視乎雞翼大小調校時間!
  4. 最後加入蜜糖即成

10 chicken wings
Honey: 3 tablespoons
Lemon: 2 slices (add at the end; you can also add lemon juice at the end)

Marinade:
Light soy sauce 2 tablespoons, dark soy sauce 1 tablespoon, sugar 1 teaspoon, cornstarch 1 teaspoon, ground pepper 1/4 teaspoon, Shaoxing wine 1 teaspoon, sesame oil 1 teaspoon, minced garlic 2 tablespoons, 1 bunch of spring onions

Instructions:

  1. Thaw the frozen chicken wings. After thawing, add 1 teaspoon of salt and refrigerate them in water for 30 minutes (optional—can skip).
  2. Drain the water, then marinate the wings with the marinade for at least 30 minutes (marinating overnight is even better!).
  3. Heat a pan with oil. Add the marinated wings (drain off excess marinade first) and pan-fry. Cook on medium heat for 2 minutes until the wings start to sear. Then pan-fry on each side on low heat for 4 minutes each, for a total of 12 minutes. Adjust time according
