So busy at work every day and only got time to cook on weekend🥺蜆本身新鮮鮮甜已經好好食,所以其實唔需要太多複雜嘅煮法!呢個簡直係新手都可以煮到嘅菜式💕一滴水都唔加,因為蜆會自己出水!煮出嚟全部都係蜆嘅精華~鹽都唔使落😬個湯底超鮮甜💖
➡️蜆買返嚟之後可以原袋放入雪櫃櫃,煮之前半小時先至攞出嚟浸鹽水,太早浸淡水會好易變壞!

材料: (2人用)
蜆 1斤
牛油2湯匙
蒜蓉 2湯匙
辣椒仔 1湯匙
芫荽 適量
做法:
- 蜆用鹽水浸30分鐘!
- 熱鍋加入牛油,然後爆香蒜蓉,再立即加入入蜆,冚蓋煮5分鐘!或者至蜆開口!蜆會出水~之後再加入辣椒仔和芫荽即成!

(Serves 2)
- Clams: 1 jin (about 1 lb)
- Butter: 2 tbsp
- Minced garlic: 2 tbsp
- Chili flakes: 1 tbsp
- Cilantro: to taste
Method:
- Soak clams in salt water for 30 min.
- Sauté garlic in butter, add clams, cover and cook 5 min (until open).
- Add chili flakes and cilantro.
