鮮甜無水煮日式咖喱

今次試吓呢排日本好紅嘅無水煮日式咖喱🇯🇵🩷大成功!一滴水都冇加✌🏻全部都係蔬菜精華,比普通咖喱味道更加鮮甜濃郁!!!我個仔食咗第一啖大叫話好好食hahahaha🤎

➡️我特登用呢隻甜咖喱磚,佢冇辣味,小朋友都可以食~

➡️戴返個頭盔先,無水煮食成功與否好視乎火候和煲具😆記住不時觀察,如果煮煮下發覺真係唔夠水,可以加多少少水,唔使咁堅持😂🤣

➡️水份主要來自洋蔥,蕃茄和肉碎!洋蔥請先切碎,我原個煮係因為我個仔唔鍾意食洋蔥😆

材料:

免治牛肉碎 300g

蕃茄 4個

薯仔 1個

甘筍 1條

洋蔥 1個

糖 1/2茶匙

鹽 1/4茶匙

日式咖喱磚 80g

做法:

1. 蕃茄切角,洋蔥切碎,薯仔和甘筍去皮切細粒!

2. 熱鍋下油,加入牛肉碎和鹽炒一炒,然後加入蕃茄茄和洋蔥炒勻,再加入甘筍和薯仔!冚蓋用細火煮是20-30分鐘!

3. 記住途中要不時觀察,如果唔夠水份,可以加入少少水份

4. 加入咖喱磚攪拌均勻,細火繼續煮多5分鐘即成!

## Ingredients

– 300 g minced beef

– 4 tomatoes

– 1 potato

– 1 carrot

– 1 onion

– 1/2 teaspoon sugar

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 80 g Japanese curry roux

## Instructions

1. Cut the tomatoes into wedges; chop the onion; peel the potato and carrot, then cut them into small cubes.

2. Heat a pan with oil. Add the minced beef and salt, stir-fry briefly. Then add the tomatoes and onion and stir until well mixed. Add the carrot and potato. Cover and simmer on low heat for 20–30 minutes.

3. Remember to check from time to time; if it’s not enough liquid, add a little water.

4. Add the curry roux, stir until evenly mixed, then continue simmering on low heat for another 5 minutes. Done!
