超簡單成本勁低嘅食譜☺️自己整蒜油去炒勁好食😍下次應該買兩包去整~呢包急凍魷魚仔$30算幾好食~炸蒜片之前先將炸算過水,主要是為了去除苦味、防止變色、確保口感酥脆以及避免油炸時釋放刺激性氣味~炸出嚟會勁好食!
材料: (2人用)
急凍魷魚仔 1包
蒜頭 半個
辣椒碎 2湯匙
橄欖油 適量
Parsley
海鹽 黑椒
做法:
- 蒜頭切片,放入滾水中煮1分鐘,拿起備用,瀝乾水份
- 油煮滾後,加入蒜片細火炸6至8分鐘,拿起備用,留起炸蒜的油
- 急凍魷魚仔解凍之後,輕輕清洗一下,然後用廚房紙巾吸乾水份!
- 鍋中加入3湯匙炸蒜的油,加入魷魚仔爆炒,然後再加入辣椒碎和蒜片,炒勻之後加入parsley碎,海鹽和黑椒即成!



Serves 2
Ingredients: frozen baby squid, 1/2 clove garlic (sliced), chili flakes, olive oil, parsley, sea salt, black pepper.
Steps:
- Blanch garlic in boiling water 1 min; drain.
- Fry garlic in oil on low 6–8 min; set aside and save the oil.
- Thaw squid, rinse, then pat very dry.
- Heat 3 tbsp of the saved garlic oil; stir-fry squid, add chili flakes + garlic, then parsley, salt, and pepper.
