港式小食煎釀三寶

突然間好想食煎釀三寶~零技巧😂加咗陳皮碎個味好食好多✔️買已經調好味嘅鯪魚肉,今次我用咗青椒,茄子同埋豆卜半煎炸😬冇用到紅腸,因為覺得好似唔係好健康😑

材料:
茄子 半條
青椒 1個
豆卜 10粒
鯪魚肉 半斤
陳皮 半塊
蔥花 2湯匙
生粉 適量
油 適量

做法:

  1. 陳皮用水浸15分鐘,之後用刀背刮去陳皮囊,和蔥一起切碎!鯪魚肉加入少少浸陳皮水,再加入蔥和陳皮攪拌均勻!
  2. 茄子切片,青椒切塊,豆卜切半,上少少生粉,然後釀入鯪魚肉!用匙羹抹平表面!
  3. 熱鍋下油,用半煎炸形式,鯪魚肉向下先煎至金黃色然後反面,總共煎大約6分鐘
  4. 可以加入甜豉油一齊進食~

Ingredients
Eggplant (1/2), green bell pepper (1), tofu puffs (10), fish meat (1/2 lb), dried tangerine peel (1/2 piece), chopped scallions (2 tbsp), cornstarch (as needed), oil (as needed).

Steps

  1. Soak tangerine peel 15 min, scrape off pith, chop with scallions. Mix with fish meat and a little peel water.
  2. Slice eggplant, dice bell pepper, halve tofu puffs. Dust with cornstarch, then stuff with fish mixture; smooth with a spoon.
  3. Pan-fry in oil, fish side down first, golden brown; fry ~6 minutes total.
  4. Eat with sweet soy sauce if you like.
