材料:
三文魚 4塊
生粉 少許
蔥 1條
醬汁: 日式醬油 2湯匙,清酒 1湯匙,味醂1湯匙,糖1湯匙
做法:
- 三文魚上一層生粉,醬汁材拌勻!
- 熱鍋下油!加入三文魚,有皮個邊煎先~再翻面!煎至金黃色後,加入醬汁,再煮多2分鐘即成!



Ingredients
- Salmon, 4 pieces
- Cornstarch (or potato starch), a small amount
- Green onion (scallion), 1 stalk
Sauce: 2 tbsp Japanese soy sauce, 1 tbsp sake (rice wine), 1 tbsp mirin, 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- Coat the salmon with a layer of corn/potato starch. Mix the sauce ingredients well, then prepare the sauce.
- Heat a pan with oil. Add the salmon and pan-sear first with the skin side (and edges) until golden brown, then flip. Once golden, add the sauce and simmer for another 2 minutes—ready to serve!
