新鮮海蝦蕃茄蛋炒飯


Kid’s favorite❤️酸酸甜甜非常開胃!都係lunch box / quick dinner idea😍呢排啲蝦都幾平,今次用了新鮮海蝦好整🦐不過簡單啲用急凍蝦仁都得喔!一個飯有埋蛋同菜都好健康🤍

▶️可以加入自己喜歡的配料,炒飯必須要大火炒!想要炒得乾身就要多啲油同認為炒耐少少,不過唔在乎就隨便都得🥺

▶️飯可以即日煲再稍微放涼都得,唔一定要冷飯

材料: (2-3人)
白飯 (1.5米杯煮成就飯)
海蝦 半斤
車厘茄 10粒
娃娃菜 1棵
蛋 2隻
蒜蓉 1湯匙
茄汁或茄膏 1湯匙
糖 1/4茶匙
鹽 1/2-1茶匙
蒽花 適量

做法:
1) 白飯煮好後拿出來放涼15分鐘
2)海蝦移除頭部備用,蝦身剝殼,熱鑊下油,先用油爆香蝦頭,可以用鑊鏟壓出蝦汁,然後再煎香蝦仁,拿起備用
3) 娃娃菜切碎,車厘茄切半,然後同樣加入油炒至軟身拿起備用
4) 鑊中先下油炒蛋,然後再加入白飯,根據自己喜好用大火炒至乾身,然後便可以加入蕃茄醬炒勻,再加入其他配料和調味料炒勻,灑上蔥花即成

Ingredients : (for 2-3)
Cooked rice cooked from 1.5 cups rice
Prawns 300g
Cherry tomato 10 pcs
Ketchup / tomato paste 1 tbsp
Baby cabbage 30g
Eggs 2
Minced garlic 1 tbsp
Chopped green onion
Sugar 1/4 teaspoon
Salt 1/2-1 teaspoon

How to:
1) After the rice is cooked, let it cool and set aside
2) Remove and keep the prawn heads, peel the shell of the prawn, chop baby cabbage, halved cherry tomatoes
3) Heat oil in a pan, add shrimp heads and sauté, then use a wok spatula to gently press out the shrimp juice, remove them from the pan, then add shrimp meat and fry until golden on both sides, take it out and set aside
4) Stir-fry baby cabbage and cherry tomatoes until soft and set aside
5) Stir-fry the eggs with oil, then add the rice, and then continue frying on high heat until reaching the rice dryness that you like! Then add tomato juice and other ingredients, stir well, add salt and sugar to taste and serve!
