My newly invented quick & healthy dinner after work☘️ warm salad with pan fried Salmon and soft boiled egg 🌎 super easy I baked the purple sweet potato & pumpkin the night before to save time; water boil any vegetables; add tofu & nuts for proteins✨ done!


♦️Soft boil egg just put the room temperature egg into boiling water for 6mins sharp, quickly put in icing water and peel after cool down.
