西班牙薯仔煎蛋餅 西式食譜

西班牙薯仔煎蛋餅

只需要四種材料!我個仔有一次去西班牙餐廳食完話好想我整俾佢食🥰so here we go! 其實好鬼簡單~唔鍾意加洋蔥或者芝士都可以唔加😆主要係薯仔有少少耐性煎到比較香脆,咁樣個蛋餅口感會更加有層次🤍蛋餅比較厚,所以很困難直接響平底鑊反面,準備一個大一啲嘅碟幫手~

材料:
小新薯 4個 /350g
蛋 4隻
洋蔥 1/3個
Mozzarella 芝士碎 50g
鹽和黑椒 適量
橄欖油 適量

做法:

  1. 薯仔切薄片,洋蔥切條,雞蛋打勻!
  2. 熱鍋下橄欖油,加入薯仔用中細火煎炒3分鐘,然後再加入洋蔥一齊煎炒到5分鐘~
  3. 芝士碎加入蛋液中,然後再加入薯仔洋蔥,加少少鹽和黑胡椒調味
  4. 平底鑊中下油,倒入蛋液,用中火煎5分鐘,然後反面繼續煎多3分鐘!

Ingredients:

  • 4 small potatoes /350g potato
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 of an onion
  • 50 g mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, to taste Instructions:
  1. Slice the potatoes thinly. Cut the onion into strips. Beat the eggs well.
  2. Heat a pan with olive oil. Add the potatoes and stir-fry/fry over medium-low heat for 3 minutes, then add the onion and cook together for another 5 minutes.
  3. Mix the shredded cheese into the egg mixture. Then add the potatoes and onion. Season with a little salt and black pepper.
  4. Add oil to a frying pan (skillet). Pour in the egg mixture and fry over medium heat for 5 minutes. Then flip and continue frying for another 3 minutes.
