Winter melon soup for summer🫶🏻今日share一下呢個簡單中式湯水食譜!近日都超級超級熱,非常建議大家煲呢個湯去消暑,除煩止渴和去水腫❤️小朋友都非常之適合飲用😝今次買咗個小冬瓜好清甜好好食💚



材料: (6碗)
冬瓜 1.5斤
粟米 1條
薏米 30g
茨實 30g
蜜棗 4粒
瑤柱 8粒
豬𦟌 半斤
水 2500ml

做法:
1) 薏米和瑤柱浸用清水略浸30分鐘,冬瓜連皮切件,去核
2) 豬𦟌放入凍水,煮滾後繼續煮5分鋪汆水,拿起備用
3)水滾後放入所有材料,再滾後調細火,煲約2小時即成

Ingredients: (serves 6)
Winter melon – 1.5 kg
Corn – 1 piece
Semen Coicis – 30g
Gordon Euryale Seed – 30g
Candied dates – 4 pieces
Dried scallops – 8 pieces
Pork meat- 0.5 kg
Water – 2500 ml

Instructions:
1) Soak the dried ingredients in water for 30mins. Cut the winter melon into pieces with the skin on, and remove the seeds.
2) Cook the pork in boiling water for a few minutes, then remove and set aside.
3) Bring the water to a boil and add all the ingredients. Once the water boils again, reduce the heat and simmer for about 2 hours.
