Very easy and yummy cold starter! 超級簡單的一個頭盤,前排先整過,又想整多次🤭必須使用初榨橄欖油和新鮮parsley才可帶出風味😽已煮熟的八爪魚腳可以在超市的壽司部找到,或一些西式凍肉店都有急凍熟八瓜魚腳🐙而由於可以預先準備,party或home fine dining 都非常之適合製作♥️ 隻碟好多年前向意大利買,手繪!非常之有紀念價值🇮🇹
▶️把八爪魚用油大火煎一煎表面會更加香!
▶️初榨橄欖油的份量可以自由調節,建議下鹽後先試味,再倒在八爪魚上!今次我加咗少少,日本青椒仔入去,更加好食清新

材料:
熟八爪魚腳 100-150g
檸檬 1個
蒜蓉 2湯匙
初榨橄欖油 4湯匙
新鮮番茜葉 parsley 2湯匙
鹽 適量
黑椒 適量
做法:
- 熱鍋下油,把已熟八爪魚腳原條放上,大火煎每邊約1分鐘,拿起備用,放涼後切片!
- Parsley切碎,加入蒜蓉和一湯匙檸檬汁,攪拌均勻,可以盡量壓碎,釋放更多香味!之後便可以加入初榨橄欖油和鹽攪拌均勻
- 八爪魚片放在碟上,然後倒上橄欖油汁,再灑上黑椒和檸檬片或檸檬皮碎作裝飾即成
Ingredients:
Boiled octopus leg 100-150g
Lemon 1
Minced garlic 2tbsp
Extra virgin olive oil 4tbsp
Fresh parsley 2tbsp
Salt and black pepper to taste
Direction:
- Add oil to pan, grill the octopus leg on high heat for one min on each side, set aside and slice
- Chop parsley, mix with minced garlic and 1tbsp lemon juice, try to grate them together, and add extra virgin olive oil, then add salt to taste
- Place the octopus slice on plate, add the sauce and black pepper, decorate with lemon and lemon zest
