▶️可以用火腿取代臘腸更加方便!
▶️麵粉可以用低筋或中筋麵粉都差唔多,我今次用普通低筋麵粉!

材料: (~3塊 26cm直徑)
底/中筋麵粉 180g
糯米粉 80g
水 400ml
鹽 1茶匙
胡椒粉 1/2茶匙
麻油 1湯匙
蔥花 20g (隨意)
蝦皮 20g (隨意)
臘腸 1條
做法:
1) 臘腸切碎,用油爆香臘腸和蝦皮,備用
2) 麵粉、糯米粉、鹽和胡椒粉攪拌均勻,然後慢慢倒入水,一邊倒一邊攪拌!之後盡力攪勻!再過篩隔走粉粒!然後便可以加入麻油、蔥花、
蝦皮和臘腸
3) 熱鍋下油,在中間位置倒入適量粉漿,之後可以用大湯羹慢慢推開,中火煎3分鐘後反去另一面再煎約3分鐘即成!
