𝙃𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙮𝙡𝙚 𝙛𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝙨𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙥𝙞𝙣 𝙣𝙤𝙤𝙙𝙡𝙚𝙨

My grandma used to make this for me when I was young👵🏻一個比較懷舊的菜式!非常簡單易做🥰銀針粉在粉麵店可以購入到!如果真係買唔到,可以試吓用粗身烏冬切成短短的都可以💞小朋友都會非常鍾意食🤪今次本身諗住拍片,點知原來一路都冇開機,所以剩係得相🤣
▶️配料方面,由於當日比較忙碌🤣所以用了午餐肉!其實都好好食!但係細個👵🏻煮就比較常用叉燒、肉絲、蝦仁或者火腿!大家可以隨意選擇喔

材料:
銀針粉 300g
叉燒/火腿/午餐肉 150g
菇 100g
椰菜或娃娃菜 100g
甘筍 50g
蝦米 50g
雞蛋 2隻
調味料:
生抽 1-2湯匙
老抽 2湯匙
糖 1茶匙
白胡椒粉 1/2茶匙
做法:
1) 叉燒/火腿/午餐肉切條!甘筍、菇和菜亦都切條!
2) 雞蛋攪拌均勻,熱鍋下油,倒入蛋汁打兩邊煎熟,拿起切條備用
3) 同一個鍋中,加入肉類切香,再加入蝦米、甘筍、菇和菜炒至軟身,之後加入銀針粉和調味料炒約4分鐘即成!
Ingredients:
300g silver pin noodles
150g char siu/pork ham/luncheon meat
100g mushrooms
100g cabbage or baby bok choy
50g carrot that was a
50g dried shrimp
2 eggs
Seasonings:
Soy sauce 1-2tbsp
Dark soy sauce 2tbsp
Sugar 1tsp
White pepper 1/2tsp
Instructions:
1) Slice the char siu/pork ham/luncheon meat, mushrooms, cabbage/baby bok choy, and carrots into strips.
2) Beat the eggs and fry them in a pan with oil until cooked. Remove from the pan and slice into strips.
3) In the same pan, stir-fry the meat until fragrant. Add the dried shrimp, carrots, mushrooms, and vegetables and continue to stir-fry until they are soft. Then, add the silver needle noodles and the seasonings and stir-fry for about 4 minutes until the noodles are cooked and well-coated with the sauce. Serve hot.
