呢排想養一養顏補一補,就整個花膠甜品💕上次整我用了比較經濟的鱈魚膠!今次用前幾日買的鴨包肚,呢度咁大塊大約$90都幾抵食😽發得好大塊,大滿足😍紅棗亦都好夾牛奶😻可以選擇熱或凍食😆所有材料放入去燉/蒸爐就得,無燉盅就成個煲去隔水蒸都可以喔💞



材料 (2人份量)
花膠 2隻
鮮奶500ml
紅棗 4粒
蓮子 8粒
淡奶 50ml
冰糖 10g
薑蔥 適量

做法
1) 用清水把花膠浸1夜至軟身,準備薑蔥並加入清水,煲至水沸後熄火,放入花膠煮2分鐘,焗大約半天至水冷卻後,即浸發完成
2) 紅棗去核,蓮子去芯,洗淨
3) 所有材料放入燉盅,隔水燉1小時即成

Ingredients (2 servings)
2 pieces of fish maw
500ml fresh milk
4 red dates
8 lotus seeds
50ml evaporated milk
10g rock sugar
Ginger and scallions

Instructions:
1) Soak the fish maw in water overnight until it becomes soft. Prepare ginger and scallions, add them to the water and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat after adding the fish maw simmer for 2 minutes. Put aside for about half a day until cooled, then the preparation process is done.
2) Remove the core of the red dates and lotus seeds, wash them.
3) Put all ingredients into a pot and put it on a steamer and steam for 1 hour.
