
向街市見到美美的紅肉花甲💞雖然佢冇花甲王咁大隻但係我覺得好鮮甜同埋影相好靚🥰加咗黑松露醬味道好特別!不過optional,唔加都絕對無問題👌🏻Super simple and easy❤️❤️一定好食!Inspired by myself🙂
▶️花甲未必可以每一隻一齊開口,一見到開口就可以即刻拎上嚟!之後再整走另一邊殼會靚啲💞

材料:
花甲 1斤
芫荽 1扎
醬汁:
蒜蓉 2湯匙
辣椒切碎 3條
炒香過的芝麻 2湯匙
黑松露醬 1湯匙 (optional)
滾油 3湯匙
生抽 2湯匙
蠔油 1湯匙
花雕酒 1茶匙
糖 1茶匙
水 2湯匙
1) 花甲先浸洗,鍋中水滾後加入花甲煮至開口,拿起沖一沖凍水,再移走另一邊殼!排在碟上備用!
2) 蒜蓉、芝麻、黑松露醬和辣椒碎攪拌均勻,倒上滾油,之後再加入其他材料攪拌均勻即成醬汁!自己試吓味先!
3) 倒在花甲上,再放上芫荽碎即成

Clams 600g
Coriander to taste
Sauce:
Minced garlic 2tbsp
Minced red chilli pepper 1tbsp
White sesame 2tbsp (can fry first)
Black truffle sauce 1tbsp (optional)
Hot boiling oil 3tbsp
Soy sauce 2tbsp
Oyster sauce 1tbsp
Chinese wine 1tsp
Sugar 1tsp
Water 2tbsp
How to:
1) Cook the claims into hot boiling water until open, remove from water and set aside, remove the other side of the shell
2) Pour hot boiling water into minced garlic, black truffle sauce, sesame and chilli. Then add in other ingredients and mix well.
