When I don’t feel like cooking a full set of Cantonese dinner, I go for this easier yet still yummy option. Simple pan fry any fish fillet you like and add this addictive red curry sauce on top, goes really well with bread and Nan too, yummy! Add more vegetables as side dish to make it healthier!
This is what I learnt from @fsnamhai back then! Tips: add more oil to the wok or pan before you adding the crepe mix, be patient and only add a thin layer of mix. Also cooking on higher than normal heat. Otherwise you can’t get that crispy texture. I have used plant based minced “meat” this time from @green_common and it tastes so good 💯
