𝘽𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙙 𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙥𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙖

Super super yummy☺️呢個係簡單版version~焗完有拉絲芝士好好食!只是記得要買Mozzarella就會有呢個效果🩵我今次仲加埋免治豬肉🤤如果嫌麻煩可以淨係用牛肉!
材料: (2人用)
意粉 150g
洋蔥 1/2個
蒜蓉 2湯匙
蘑菇 6粒
免治牛肉400g
罐頭蕃茄 1罐
水 300ml
忌廉 50ml
Mozzarella Cheese 150g
香草碎 適量
牛油 20g
糖 1茶匙
鹽 適量
黑椒碎 適量
做法:
1) 洋蔥和蘑菇切片
2) 落牛油燒熱,加入洋蔥中火炒約3分鐘,再落蒜蓉和牛肉碎炒至變色,然後加入蘑菇,再加入罐頭蕃茄炒勻!
3) 加入水、糖、鹽及黑胡椒煮滾,然後轉小火煮15分鐘至濃稠
4) 燒滾熱水加1湯匙鹽,意大利粉按包裝指示減2分鐘來煮至Al Dente質感,撈起瀝乾,留起1湯匙煮意粉水
5) 把意粉加入肉醬,攪拌均勻,然後倒在焗盤上,表面加上芝士,用200度焗10分鐘即成!
### Ingredients: (Serves 2)
– Pasta 150g
– Onion 1/2
– Minced garlic 2 tablespoons
– Mushrooms 6
– Ground beef 400g
– Canned tomatoes 1 can
– Water 300ml
– Cream 50ml
– Mozzarella cheese 150g
– Dried herbs (to taste)
– Butter 20g
– Sugar 1 teaspoon
– Salt (to taste)
– Black pepper (to taste)
### Instructions:
1. Slice the onion and mushrooms.
2. Heat the butter in a pan, add the onion, and sauté over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Then add the minced garlic and ground beef, cooking until the beef changes color. Add the mushrooms and then the canned tomatoes, stirring well!
3. Add water, sugar, salt, and black pepper, and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes until thickened.
4. Boil water with 1 tablespoon of salt. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, reducing the time by 2 minutes to achieve an al dente texture. Drain the pasta, reserving 1 tablespoon of the cooking water.
5. Mix the pasta with the meat sauce, stir well, then pour into a baking dish. Top with cheese and bake at 200°C for 10 minutes, and it’s ready to serve!
