🤍𝙍𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙚𝙧 𝙅𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝘿𝙖𝙞𝙠𝙤𝙣

勁淋勁入味!完全唔使睇火~一次過掉晒入個電飯煲!💕整多咗仲可以擺入雪櫃凍食😋極度簡單♥️♥️♥️木魚湯包可以響日本超市搵到~又或者自己用木魚碎加水煲都得!我用電飯煲煮咗大概兩個小時✨大家可以用普通煮飯模式,重複兩次😆
材料:
白蘿蔔 1條
蔥花 芝麻 辣椒仔 適量
湯底: 木魚高湯800ml, 日式醬油 4湯匙, 清酒 2湯匙, 味醂 2湯匙, 糖 1湯匙


做法:
- 白蘿蔔去皮切塊,如果得閒可以放入滾水中煮一煮先!
- 電飯煲中倒入湯底材料,再加入白蘿蔔,然後煮兩個小時~最後可以加入蔥花芝麻辣椒仔即成~


Ingredients:
- 1 white radish
- Spring onion (green onions), sesame, and small chili peppers, to taste
Broth:
- 800 ml dashi (bonito stock)
- 4 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sake
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Method:
- Peel the white radish and cut into chunks. If you have time, you can boil them briefly in water first.
- In a rice cooker, add the broth ingredients, then add the radish, and cook for two hours. Finally, add the spring onion, sesame, and chili peppers, and it’s ready.
