🐔 𝙁𝙞𝙨𝙝 𝙢𝙖𝙬 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙣 𝙗𝙚𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙮 𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙣𝙤𝙤𝙙𝙡𝙚𝙨

呢個冇添加真材實料勁濃湯底呢個米線好食過出面好多餐廳😌因為個湯底係上一個reel炆鮑魚煲咗三日兩夜嘅黃金雞湯😋個湯頭好食到唔識形容~鹽都唔使落✨不過當然我唔會成日咁得閒喺度自己煲雞湯🤣期間限定💓🫥今次用咗新鮮雞髀,紅棗,花膠和蟲草花🧏🏻♀️非常養生美顏☺️
➡️如果自己做快速雞湯嘅做法,可以將雞髀煎一煎,然後倒入滾水/雞肉濃湯寶,加入其他材料一起煮30分鐘,不過當然個味道和顏色就一定比唔上✖️始終出面好食嘅花膠雞湯米線店都唔會用呢個做法整個湯底😂
材料: 2人用
雞髀 2隻
紅棗8粒
花膠 2條 (發花膠方法可以參考我之前嘅食譜)
新鮮蟲草花 50g
雞上湯 800ml
米線 半斤
芫荽 少許
花雕酒 少許

做法:
- 雞髀加入少許鹽和花雕酒,然後和紅棗一起蒸熟!大約蒸20分鐘
- 米線分開用水煮熟,否則會搞到個湯好油!
- 雞上湯煲滾之後,加入已浸發的花膠和蟲草花煮15分鐘!然後便可以加入雞髀和紅棗,表面加上芫荽即成~有需要可以加入鹽調味!

Ingredients (serves 2)
- Chicken drumsticks: 2
- Red dates: 8
- Fish maw: 2 pieces
- Fresh cordyceps flower: 50 g
- Chicken stock: 800 ml
- Rice noodles: 250 g
- Coriander: a small handful
- Shaoxing wine: a little
Method
1) Rub the chicken drumsticks with a little salt and Shaoxing wine, then steam with the red dates until cooked (about 20 minutes).
2) Cook the rice noodles separately in water until done.
3) Bring the chicken stock to a boil, add the rehydrated fish maw and cordyceps flowers, and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the chicken drumsticks and red dates, garnish with coriander, and season with salt if desired.
