見呢排好流行用呢個技巧整焗番薯~我都來測試一下(☻-☻)今次一批就咁包住錫紙一路焗,另一批就中途攞出嚟浸冰水💓總括而言,同用錫紙包住就咁一路焗落去,分別就係浸咗冰水會更易去皮,所以更有Donki感覺😌😂甜度我又覺得2個方法差唔多🐷不過日本甜番薯真係好好食!
🔸焗番薯更加好食技巧🔸
▫️中途浸冰水
熱脹冷縮使番薯果糖釋出,並形成焦糖化外皮,令番薯保持濕潤焦香
▫️去頭去尾
去除口感較粗糙纖維多的部位,番薯在烤焗時水分更容易蒸發
▫️用錫紙包住焗
錫紙包住能減少水分蒸發,使番薯口感軟糯濕潤

做法:
1) 番薯清洗之後,抹乾用錫紙包住
2) 放入焗爐用190度焗25分鐘,然後拿出來,移除錫紙,放入冰水裏面浸3分鐘,然後把番薯放入焗爐用210度焗25分鐘即成!


Instructions:
- After washing the sweet potatoes, dry them and wrap them in aluminum foil.
- Place them in the oven and bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes. Then remove them, take off the aluminum foil, and soak the sweet potatoes in ice water for 3 minutes. Finally, put them back in the oven and bake at 210 degrees Celsius for another 25 minutes, and they are ready!
