🍓 𝙃𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙙𝙚 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢𝙮 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙧𝙮 𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢

日本士多啤梨當造🇯🇵🩷只需需要三種材料!唔使用雪糕機🥰就可以以自己屋企整到滑滑日本士多啤梨雪糕✨出面街買到嘅雪糕好多都有防腐劑或者色素🥹自己整俾小朋友食都安心啲~仲可以叫埋小朋友一齊參與製作過程👩🏻🍳
➡️打忌廉要凍忌廉凍碗就會非常容易成功,如果用手動打蛋器可能時間會較廚師機長,只要見到開始有紋路便要不時觀察,忌廉打至企身便可以!
材料: 大約1200g 雪糕
士多啤梨 300g
士多啤梨 4粒 (切粒用)
凍忌廉 400ml
煉奶 350ml
做法:
- 士多啤梨去掉上面的綠色草,然後粗略切粒,放入攪拌機打爛!
- 忌廉先用低速打1分鐘,然後便可以住高速打至企身!然後加入煉奶攪拌均勻,再加入士多啤梨蓉攪拌均勻!然後再加入士多啤梨粒!
- 倒在盒子裏,放入冰格6小時便可以~



Ingredients: Approximately 1200g of ice cream
- 300g strawberries
- 4 strawberries (diced for garnish)
- 400ml heavy cream
- 350ml condensed milk
Instructions:
- Remove the green tops from the strawberries, then roughly chop them and put them in a blender to puree.
- Start whisking the cream at low speed for 1 minute, then switch to high speed until stiff peaks form. Add the condensed milk and blend until smooth, then add the strawberry puree and mix well. Finally, add the diced strawberries.
- Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for about 6 hours. Enjoy!
