零添加日本士多啤梨雪糕 甜品食譜

零添加日本士多啤梨雪糕

日本士多啤梨當造🇯🇵🩷只需需要三種材料!唔使用雪糕機🥰就可以以自己屋企整到滑滑日本士多啤梨雪糕✨出面街買到嘅雪糕好多都有防腐劑或者色素🥹自己整俾小朋友食都安心啲~仲可以叫埋小朋友一齊參與製作過程👩🏻‍🍳

➡️打忌廉要凍忌廉凍碗就會非常容易成功,如果用手動打蛋器可能時間會較廚師機長,只要見到開始有紋路便要不時觀察,忌廉打至企身便可以!

材料: 大約1200g 雪糕
士多啤梨 300g
士多啤梨 4粒 (切粒用)
凍忌廉 400ml
煉奶 350ml

做法:

  1. 士多啤梨去掉上面的綠色草,然後粗略切粒,放入攪拌機打爛!
  2. 忌廉先用低速打1分鐘,然後便可以住高速打至企身!然後加入煉奶攪拌均勻,再加入士多啤梨蓉攪拌均勻!然後再加入士多啤梨粒!
  3. 倒在盒子裏,放入冰格6小時便可以~

Ingredients: Approximately 1200g of ice cream

  • 300g strawberries
  • 4 strawberries (diced for garnish)
  • 400ml heavy cream
  • 350ml condensed milk

Instructions:

  1. Remove the green tops from the strawberries, then roughly chop them and put them in a blender to puree.
  2. Start whisking the cream at low speed for 1 minute, then switch to high speed until stiff peaks form. Add the condensed milk and blend until smooth, then add the strawberry puree and mix well. Finally, add the diced strawberries.
  3. Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for about 6 hours. Enjoy!
