好耐都冇煮過呢個菜式~點知👶🏻大愛!仲要自己要求加多啲飯同食多啲排骨😊仲好醒水稱讚我煮飯係最好食😂材料勁簡單!12345嘅意思係五個醬汁材料嘅比例🥰不過個人唔係好鍾意太酸,所以醋我淨係落咗兩份!同埋減咗少少糖~大家可以自己調一調糖和醋嘅比例🩶今次響街市買咗帶軟骨的豬小排!好好食❣️ @bemypot
材料: (3人用))
豬排骨 500g
薑6片
芝麻 適量
醬汁:
米酒30ml 醋60ml 糖4湯匙 生抽120ml 水150ml
做法:
- 豬排骨切件後,凍水加入豬排骨和2片薑!之後煮滾後繼續煮5分鐘,拿起備用!
- 醬汁材料攪拌均勻!如果想顏色靚啲可以1茶匙老抽!
- 熱鍋下油,爆香薑片,然後加入豬排骨炒一炒至微金黃色!再倒入醬汁,冚蓋轉中世火煮30分鐘,然後開蓋,轉中大火煮醬汁濃烈和上色,最後加入白芝麻即成!
Ingredients: (Serves 3)
- 500g pork ribs
- 6 slices ginger
- Sesame (to taste)
Sauce:
- 30ml rice wine
- 60ml vinegar
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 120ml light soy sauce
- 150ml water
Instructions:
- Boil pork ribs with 2 slices of ginger in cold water for 5 minutes, then remove.
- Mix sauce ingredients. Add 1 tsp dark soy sauce for color if desired.
- Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry ginger until fragrant, then add pork ribs until slightly golden. Pour in sauce, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes. Uncover and reduce sauce on medium-high. Add sesame and serve!
