材料: (2人用)
白鱈魚 1件
金菇 半包
豆腐 1盒
蔥花 適量
蒸魚豉油 適量
滾油 適量
做法:
1) 豆腐切片,金菇切去尾部,弄散!材料鋪在碟上,然後放白雪魚在表面,再加幾條蔥~
2) 大火蒸8至10分鐘,然後拿走表面上的蔥,和倒酒蒸魚的水,然後加上蔥花,再加上滾油和蒸魚豉油即成

Ingredients (Serves 2):
- 1 piece of white cod
- Half a pack of enoki mushrooms
- 1 box of tofu
- Chopped green onions (as needed)
- Steaming fish soy sauce (as needed)
- Hot oil (as needed)
Instructions:
- Slice the tofu, cut off the ends of the enoki mushrooms and separate them. Arrange the ingredients on a plate, then place the white cod on top, adding a few green onions on top.
- Steam on high heat for 8 to 10 minutes. After steaming, remove the green onions from the surface and pour out the water used for steaming the fish. Add the chopped green onions, followed by hot oil and steaming fish soy sauce, and it‘s ready to serve!
