Simple home version🍬Best for hot summer daysssss💓thanks one of my followers giving me this info: 日本用到的係酢橘すだち (Sudachi Lime)! 外貌有啲似青檸,但個味我覺得有啲係青檸與柚子之間☺️其實本身六月向福崗食過一次之後,覺得非常之清新同好食!再向日本超級市場買咗個類似酢橘物體🤣(之後發現原來只係墨西哥青檸😂7 jor) 一路諗住整,等咗成個月先整到🫠整第二次係因為終於買到正確的酢橘すだち💚😋仲順手加埋海膽同三文魚子加入去perfecto😜


▶️買唔到酢橘すだち都可以用青檸代替喔

▶️海膽和三文魚子可以隨意加入

材料: 蕎麥麵,海膽,三文魚子,日式冷麵汁,冰,酢橘すだち(無就青檸算),蔥花

做法:
1) 蕎麥麵煮熟之後過冷河!加入冰令其溫度但卻備用
2) 酢橘すだち切片,冷麵汁加入適量凍水,然後放入蕎麥麵,表面加上酢橘片、海膽、三文魚子和蔥花即成!

Ingredients: soba noodles, sea urchin, salmon roe, Japanese cold noodle sauce, ice, sudachi (if unavailable, lime can be used as a substitute), scallions

Instructions:
1) Cook the soba noodles and rinse them in cold water. Add ice to cool them down and set them aside.
2) Slice the sudachi and mix the cold noodle sauce with an appropriate amount of ice water. Then, add the soba noodles to the sauce and top with the sliced sudachi, sea urchin, salmon roe, and scallions. Your dish is now ready to serve!
