▶️建議使用菠菜苗!口感會比較柔嫩😬
材料: (2人用)
菠菜 半斤
蛋 2隻
紅蘿蔔 半條
白芝麻 2湯匙
日式芝麻醬 4湯匙
糖 1茶匙
麻油 1湯匙
做法:
1) 菠菜洗淨,切去根部,放入滾水中大火煮熟,拿起揸乾水份,然後切條備用
2) 蛋加入滾水煮6-6.5分鐘成流心蛋,然後剝殼切4份
3) 紅蘿蔔切絲
4) 把所有材料攪拌均勻即成
Ingredients: (for two)
Spinach 300g
Eggs 2
Carrot half
White sesame 2tbsp
Japanese sesame sauce 4 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Sesame oil 1tbsp
How to:
1) Wash the spinach, cut off the root, put it in boiling water and cook it on high heat, pick it up and drain the water, then cut it into strips for later use
2) Add the eggs to boiling water and cook for 6-6.5 minutes to form soft eggs, then peel and cut into 4 pieces
3) Shred carrots
4) Mix all the ingredients evenly and serve
