蕃茄薯仔蘿蔔煲豬骨

我最愛嘅家常湯第一位👑因為材料勁簡單買到同埋勁易煲💓(不過我姐姐都係煲得唔好😭)而且小朋友超級鍾意🙂‍↔️有營養又簡單~但係要煲到香濃味道,一定要煎一煎豬肉同蕃茄!然後趁熱撞滾水😍

材料: (6碗)
蕃茄 4個
薯仔2個
粟米 2條
甘筍 1條
薑 2塊
豬排骨或者豬骨 500g
滾水 2500ml

做法:

  1. 豬骨可以飛水,蕃茄切塊,甘筍和薯仔去皮厚切塊,粟米切塊!
  2. 熱鍋下油,加入薑片煎香,然後加入豬骨和蕃茄炒一炒,然後倒入滾水,再加入所有其他材料!
  3. 細火煲1.5至2小時,最後可以加入鹽調味

Ingredients (6 bowls)

  • Tomatoes 4
  • Potatoes 2
  • Corn 2
  • Carrots 1
  • Ginger 2 pieces
  • Pork rib/pork bones 500 g
  • Boiling water 2,500 ml

Steps

  1. Blanch pork bones. Chop tomatoes; peel and thickly chop potatoes/carrots; cut corn.
  2. Fry ginger in oil, then stir-fry pork bones + tomatoes. Add boiling water and the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Simmer on low for 1.5–2 hours; season with salt.
