➡️粉絲建議用熱水浸,始終海鮮蒸嘅時間唔會好長,就咁用凍水浸,蒸之的後有時會仲係硬硬地~
蒜蓉金醬材料:
蒜蓉 6湯匙
辣椒碎 2湯匙
油 150ml
鹽 1/2茶匙
糖 1茶匙
蠔油 1茶匙
做法:
- 油煮滾後,加入2/3蒜蓉用細-中火不斷炒5分鐘!微微金黃色後便可以熄火!然後再加入餘下的生蒜蓉,和其他調味料攪拌均勻~
蒜蓉粉絲蒸蝦:
大蝦 1斤
粉絲 1包
蔥花 適量
蒜蓉金醬
- 新鮮大蝦洗淨後,剪去觸鬚和眼部,再剪去腳,有需要可以去腸!然後再開邊~
- 粉絲用熱水浸淋,加入少許蒜蓉金醬攪拌均勻,然後表面鋪上大蝦,再鋪上蒜蓉金醬,隔水大火蒸6至8分鐘,最後灑上蔥花即成!


Garlic-Golden Sauce — Ingredients:
- 6 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp crushed chili
- 150 ml oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
Method:
Heat oil, add 2/3 garlic and fry low–medium 5 min until light golden. Turn off heat, add remaining garlic and seasonings; mix.
Steamed Shrimp with Garlic Glass Noodles:
- 1 jin (≈600 g) large shrimp, cleaned and butterflied
- 1 pack glass noodles
- Chopped green onion
- Garlic-golden sauce
Soak noodles in hot water, mix with some sauce, place on plate. Top with shrimp, spread more sauce, steam on high 6–8 min. Garnish with green onion.
