香脆白飯魚煎蛋餅

白飯魚高蛋白低脂肪💓今次買咗大條少少白飯魚!所以會先煮一煮再加入蛋入面炒~因為怕佢會出水,如果超細條嗰啲就唔使🩵超級懷舊菜式⭐️💯✨但係其實勁簡單15分鐘搞掂!

材料:
蛋 4隻
白飯魚 150g
蒽花 2湯匙
鹽 1茶匙
麻油 1茶匙

做法:

  1. 白飯魚如果大條就用滾水煮30秒!雞蛋攪拌均勻,加入蔥花和其他所有材料~
  2. 熱鍋下油,倒入蛋漿中大火煎2分鐘,然後反轉另一面,再繼續煎2分鐘即成!

Ingredients:

  • Eggs: 4
  • Whitebait (small white fish): 150 g
  • Cornstarch: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil: 1 teaspoon

Instructions:

  1. If the whitebait pieces are large, blanch them in boiling water for 30 seconds. Beat the eggs until smooth, then add the chopped scallions and all the other ingredients.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, pour in the egg mixture and fry on high heat for 2 minutes. Flip and fry the other side for another 2 minutes until done.
