🍳 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙉𝙤𝙤𝙙𝙡𝙚 𝙁𝙞𝙨𝙝 𝙊𝙢𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚

白飯魚高蛋白低脂肪💓今次買咗大條少少白飯魚!所以會先煮一煮再加入蛋入面炒~因為怕佢會出水,如果超細條嗰啲就唔使🩵超級懷舊菜式⭐️💯✨但係其實勁簡單15分鐘搞掂!
材料:
蛋 4隻
白飯魚 150g
蒽花 2湯匙
鹽 1茶匙
麻油 1茶匙

做法:
- 白飯魚如果大條就用滾水煮30秒!雞蛋攪拌均勻,加入蔥花和其他所有材料~
- 熱鍋下油,倒入蛋漿中大火煎2分鐘,然後反轉另一面,再繼續煎2分鐘即成!


Ingredients:

- Whitebait (small white fish): 150 g
- Cornstarch: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Sesame oil: 1 teaspoon
Instructions:
- If the whitebait pieces are large, blanch them in boiling water for 30 seconds. Beat the eggs until smooth, then add the chopped scallions and all the other ingredients.
- Heat oil in a pan, pour in the egg mixture and fry on high heat for 2 minutes. Flip and fry the other side for another 2 minutes until done.
