🍯𝙇𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙝𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙮 𝙗𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙙 𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨

諗唔到煮乜就會煮雞翼💖最重要方便快捷好食✌🏻前一晚醃定入味好多,第二晚直接入焗爐就搞掂,記得最尾轉高溫焗脆個皮✨或者焗之前醃1小時以上先入到味🫢用蒜片唔用蒜蓉嘅原因係,醃的時候取其蒜味,之後焗會比較容易整返走,蒜蓉會好易焗燶!加埋青檸汁去焗個味好清新!
▶️放入焗爐淨係放啲雞翼和蒜片好了,唔好倒埋啲醃料汁入去焗,如果唔係焗唔到乾身唔會皮脆架!
材料:
雞翼 10隻
蜜糖 2湯匙
青檸汁 1個
醃料:
蒜片 2湯匙
生抽 1湯匙
老抽 1湯匙
蜜糖 1湯匙
鹽 1/2茶匙
黑椒 1/2茶匙
油 1湯匙
糖 1茶匙
米酒 1/2湯匙
做法:
1) 雞翼解凍後洗淨,瀝乾水份,加入醃料醃最少1小時,過夜更入味
2) 預熱焗爐至 180°C
3) 焗盤上鋪上牛油紙,放入雞翼!蒜片和檸檬放在一旁,180°C焗十分鐘,反轉雞翼再180°C焗十分鐘,搽上蜜糖再220°C焗五分鐘,再加少少黑椒即成!

- Juice of 1 lime Marinade:
- 2 tbsp sliced garlic
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp rice wine Instructions:
- Marinate chicken wings in mixture for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight).
- Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Line a tray with parchment, place wings, garlic, and lime. Bake for 10 min, flip, bake another 10 min. Brush with honey, then bake at 220°C (428°F) for 5 min. Enjoy!
