🇭🇰 𝙃𝙆 𝙎𝙩𝙮𝙡𝙚 𝙎𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙮 𝘽𝙚𝙚𝙛 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙈𝙖𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙞

雖然預制好嘅沙嗲牛肉湯底係好方便,但係其實自己整都好簡單~而且份量又可以多啲😬只需要兩種調味料就夠!今次用埋快速通心粉,成件事好方便快捷💓美中不足係買咗包質素唔係幾好嘅牛肉🥲如果唔係用快熟通心粉,可以通心粉煮耐少少~
材料: (2人用)
肥牛 250g
通心粉 2包
蒜蓉 1湯匙
乾蔥蓉 1湯匙
雞湯/水 750ml
沙嗲醬 2湯匙
花生醬 2湯匙
生粉水 1茶匙生粉再加1茶匙水
鹽 少量
芫荽,花生碎,辣椒碎 適量
牛肉醃料: 生抽1湯匙,蠔油1湯匙,糖1茶匙,生粉1茶匙,水1湯匙,油1湯匙

做法:
- 牛肉順序加入醃料醃10分鐘!最後先加入油可以鎖住牛肉水份!
- 熱鍋下油,爆香蒜蓉和乾蔥蓉,之後加入沙嗲醬爆炒,再倒入雞湯,然後再加入花生醬攪拌均勻,加入通心粉煮3分鐘,然後再加入牛肉,煮熟之後便可以加入少少鹽調味!最後加入生粉水把湯底煮濃,便可以加入芫荽,花生碎,辣椒碎裝飾~

Ingredients (Serves 2):
- Beef slices: 250g
- Macaroni: 2 packets
- Minced garlic: 1 tbsp
- Minced shallots: 1 tbsp
- Chicken broth/water: 750ml
- Satay sauce: 2 tbsp
- Peanut butter: 2 tbsp
- Cornstarch slurry: 1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tsp water
- Salt: pinch
- Coriander, crushed peanuts, chili: to taste
Beef Marinade:
- Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp
- Sugar: 1 tsp
- Cornstarch: 1 tsp
- Water: 1 tbsp
- Oil: 1 tbsp
Instructions:
- Marinate beef for 10 minutes, adding oil last.
- Sauté garlic and shallots, add satay sauce, then chicken broth. Stir in peanut butter, cook macaroni for 3 minutes, add beef, season with salt, and thicken with cornstarch slurry. Top with coriander, crushed peanuts, and chili. Enjoy!
