法式滑滑薯蓉

✨整滑滑餐廳質素薯蓉小秘訣✨對薯蓉又愛又恨,薯蓉本身加入大量牛油😹非常邪惡,但係又超級好食🥺我家寶貝可以食成兜薯蓉代替其他澱粉質💓為咗整薯蓉特登買咗個壓薯器🥰

♥️薯仔切粒煮熟,比成個薯仔煮更加快捷!不過注意要滰乾水份!如果成個薯仔連皮煮就會薯仔味更加重,但係時間更加耐🥱
♥️薯仔要熱,牛油要凍,這樣便可以攪拌出滑滑效果
♥️沒有壓薯器可以用叉或打蛋棒壓爛薯仔
♥️酒店做法會把整個薯蓉再過篩,咁樣會更加完滑,但係實在太麻煩了bye🤣
♥️薯仔用高澱粉質的薯仔,例如美國啡薯仔會更加滑
♥️如果煮好大兜,整完之後可以用熱水坐熱返啲薯蓉

材料: 一大兜
薯仔 3大個
牛油 80g
牛奶 150ml
鹽 適量

做法:

  1. 薯仔去皮,切中粒,放入滾水中煮20至30分鐘,用筷子插入軟身即可!
  2. 之後將薯仔滰乾水份,壓爛薯仔至滑身,立刻加入切粒的冷凍牛油,攪拌均勻!然後便可以倒入牛奶,慢慢攪拌均勻~最後加入適量鹽!

  • 80g of butter
  • 150ml of milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Instructions:
  1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into chunks, and boil in water for 20 to 30 minutes, until they can be pierced easily with chopsticks!
  2. After that, drain the potatoes, mash them until smooth, and immediately add the diced frozen butter. Mix well! Then, pour in the milk and stir slowly until combined. Finally, add salt to taste!
