賀年XO醬炒蘿蔔糕 中式食譜

賀年XO醬炒蘿蔔糕

就快又到新年😬呢排超級忙都唔知有冇時間自己整蘿蔔糕😭XO醬同蘿蔔糕真係好夾🩷永遠受歡迎嘅菜式就係佢哋一齊出現🤣今次用咗 @maximsproducts 美心瑤柱厚切絲蘿蔔糕加瑤柱XO醬!100% 香港製造~清甜白蘿蔔切成8mm絲絲蘿蔔條,加上北海道瑤柱,臘味及蝦米,入口非常惹味滿足😍

❣️片尾介紹一隻脆脆麵包雞油辣椒油,用嚟撈麵或者沾嘢食都好正😚$33一樽昨~

材料:
蘿蔔糕 半底
雞蛋 2隻
蒽 2扎
XO醬 2湯匙

做法:

  1. 蘿蔔糕切大方粒,雞蛋打勻,蒽切段
  2. 熱鍋下油,加入蘿蔔糕把兩邊煎至金黃色,先拿起備用
  3. 同一隻鍋中,雞蛋炒熟,然後加入蘿蔔糕,蔥和XO醬炒勻即食成!

Ingredients:

  • Radish cake: half a block
  • Eggs: 2
  • Spring onions: 2 bunches
  • XO sauce: 2 tablespoons

Instructions:

  1. Cut the radish cake into large cubes, beat the eggs, and chop the spring onions into sections.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the radish cake until both sides are golden brown, then set aside.
  3. In the same pan, scramble the eggs, then add the radish cake, spring onions, and XO sauce, stir-fry until well mixed and ready to serve!
