就快又到新年😬呢排超級忙都唔知有冇時間自己整蘿蔔糕😭XO醬同蘿蔔糕真係好夾🩷永遠受歡迎嘅菜式就係佢哋一齊出現🤣今次用咗 @maximsproducts 美心瑤柱厚切絲蘿蔔糕加瑤柱XO醬!100% 香港製造~清甜白蘿蔔切成8mm絲絲蘿蔔條,加上北海道瑤柱,臘味及蝦米,入口非常惹味滿足😍

材料:
蘿蔔糕 半底
雞蛋 2隻
蒽 2扎
XO醬 2湯匙
做法:
- 蘿蔔糕切大方粒,雞蛋打勻,蒽切段
- 熱鍋下油,加入蘿蔔糕把兩邊煎至金黃色,先拿起備用
- 同一隻鍋中,雞蛋炒熟,然後加入蘿蔔糕,蔥和XO醬炒勻即食成!

Ingredients:
- Radish cake: half a block
- Eggs: 2
- Spring onions: 2 bunches
- XO sauce: 2 tablespoons
Instructions:
- Cut the radish cake into large cubes, beat the eggs, and chop the spring onions into sections.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the radish cake until both sides are golden brown, then set aside.
- In the same pan, scramble the eggs, then add the radish cake, spring onions, and XO sauce, stir-fry until well mixed and ready to serve!
