越式牛油蒜蓉雞翼

Kids fav💞😙今次用咗半煎炸嘅做法~可以用少啲油冇咁麻煩!雞翼吸收晒牛油同埋蒜蓉嘅味道,外脆內軟juicy so yummmm✨急凍雞翼可以浸鹽水15分鐘去雪味~

材料:
雞翼10隻
牛油3湯匙
蒜蓉3湯匙
油 適量
麵粉和生粉 適量
青檸 1個

醃料:
魚露 2湯匙
白胡椒粉 1/2茶匙
糖 1茶匙
生粉 1 茶匙
蒜粉 1湯匙



做法:

  1. 把雞翼和醃料醃1小時以上!可在雞翼中間界開以更入味!
    1. 雞翼拍上生粉和麵粉,油大火開滾後轉細火,雞翼每邊煎大約5分鐘!拿起備用!
      1. 在平底鑊上下牛油,爆香蒜蓉,再加入雞翼略炒即成!

Ingredients:

  • 10 chicken wings
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp minced garlic
  • Oil (as needed)
  • Flour and cornstarch (as needed)
  • 1 lime

Marinade:

  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • ½ tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Marinate chicken wings for at least 1 hour. Score for flavor.
  2. Dust with cornstarch and flour, then fry in hot oil for 5 minutes on each side. Remove.
  3. Sauté garlic in butter, add wings, stir-fry, and season with salt. Serve.
