Fusion dish新年菜式🤍呢三樣食材真係絕配😍整之前都冇諗過出到嚟個味道係咁夾~今次諗到可以將呢燒鴨,鵝肝,蘋果煮埋一齊做一個新菜式🩷醬油加入咗甜美均衡,爽脆怡人嘅ENVY™️蘋果,多咗一份清新你嘅嘢呀,搵果香和口感😚然後再撈埋燒鴨鵝肝食超正🥰再加埋飯焦,每一口都是幸福美味💖
🍎ENVY™️蘋果有自己平衡的甜度,而且口感爽脆,食完個蘋果人都清新啲~最鍾意佢切片後果肉保持嫩白唔易變啡!就咁食或者用嚟烹調菜式同樣優秀👍🏻
➡️可以直接用電飯煲煲飯,之後把其他材料加上,再煮5分鐘~
材料: (2人用)
鵝肝 2件
燒鴨 1/4隻
蘋果 半個
白飯 2碗
蔥花 適量
醬汁: 乾蔥碎1湯匙,生抽2湯匙,糖2茶匙,玉桂粉1茶匙,水5湯匙,生粉水1茶匙

做法:
- 電飯煲煲好白飯!蘋果切粒!燒鴨用手撕開鴨肉!
- 不用下油,用鑊炒一炒香燒鴨絲!鵝肝放在平底鑊中大火煎45秒,同樣不用下油,因為鵝肝本身會出好多油,拿起備用
- 同一隻平底鑊,用鵝肝油爆香乾蔥碎,然後加入蘋果粒炒勻,然後再加入玉桂粉,生抽,糖和水,慢火煮5分鐘,然後加入生粉水,汁濃即可熄火
- 煲中掃上一層油~然後倒入白飯鋪平,表面再加加入鴨絲和鵝肝,倒上醬汁,加上蔥花,冚蓋用細火煮5分鐘即成!


Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 2 pieces of goose liver
- 1/4 roasted duck
- 1/2 apple
- 2 bowls of white rice
- Chopped green onions (to taste) Sauce:
- 1 tbsp chopped shallots
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 5 tbsp water
- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with water Instructions:
- Cook white rice and dice the apple. Shred the roasted duck.
- Stir-fry the duck without oil. Sear the goose liver in a dry pan for 45 seconds. Set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté shallots in the goose fat, then add apple, cinnamon, soy sauce, sugar, and water. Simmer for 5 minutes and thicken with cornstarch mixture.
- Brush oil in a pot, layer the rice, and top with duck, liver, and sauce. Sprinkle green onions, cover, and cook on low for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
