𝘾𝙓 𝙡𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙜𝙚 𝘿𝙖𝙣 𝘿𝙖𝙣 𝙣𝙤𝙤𝙙𝙡𝙚𝙨

今次終於扚起心肝整呢個面~好認真咁樣試咗兩碗😂然後記低有咩味🤣再諗吓點樣整個簡單版10分鐘屋企version~為咗還原本身個擔擔麵,所以我都冇落其他肉類材料!如果想飽啲可以加啲豬肉碎🩷本身諗住加埋榨菜,點知屋企冇晒😭落勁多花生醬😂如果怕肥可以減少少花生醬~
➡️幼身麵條可以響超級市場雪櫃有!
➡️花生醬盡量買幼滑花生醬,唔好有花生粒!一開始加入湯裏面煮,會好似有啲一粒粒,之後慢慢就會煮溶~

材料: 2人用
幼身麵條 2個
豬骨濃湯寶 1粒
水 600ml
花生醬 3湯匙
芝麻醬 2湯匙
紅辣油 1湯匙
花椒油 1湯匙
生粉水 (1茶匙生粉+1湯匙水)
蔥花/ 榨菜 適量
做法:
- 花生醬加入1湯匙滾水攪拌均勻!然後再加入芝麻醬
- 麵條用滾水煮熟後備用
- 水加入濃湯寶煮滾,然後加入花生和芝麻醬,不斷攪拌均勻,煮大約5分鐘直至湯底順滑!然後加入生粉水,不斷攪拌至湯底濃厚,然後加入花椒油和紅辣油!
- 把湯底倒在麵條上,然後加入蔥花和榨菜即成~



Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 2 packets of noodles
- 1 pork bone broth cube
- 600ml water
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp sesame paste
- 1 tbsp chili oil
- 1 tbsp Sichuan pepper oil
- Cornstarch water (1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water)
- Chopped green onions/pickled mustard greens (to taste)
Instructions:
- Mix peanut butter with 1 tbsp boiling water, then add sesame paste.
- Cook noodles in boiling water, then set aside.
- Boil water with broth cube, add peanut/sesame mixture, and stir for 5 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch water, then add oils.
- Pour broth over noodles and top with green onions and pickled greens.
