해물라면 🩷呢排都好鍾意整韓國菜式😗呢個成日響韓式小館食到,但係每次都覺得海鮮唔夠多🥹所以決定自己喺屋企整~今次用咗新鮮海蝦同埋韓國蜆,非常非常鮮味!絕對唔係就咁煮公仔麵嘅感覺~公仔麵用咗黑版辛!用嚟煮呢個非常適合!因為面條比較粗同煙靭,唔怕會煮到腍晒😚
➡️方便可以用急凍海鮮,如果講究啲最好用新鮮海鮮,因為個湯底會鮮甜好多🩵
➡️其實呢個菜式都可以煮得比較隨心,基本上材料隨意落份量都得~
做法: (2人用)
新鮮海蝦 10隻
新鮮大蜆 12隻
魷魚仔 6隻
韓式辣椒醬 2湯匙
蒜蓉 1湯匙
大蒽 半條
泡菜 3湯匙
韓式辣味公仔麵 1-2包
芝士 2片
水 600ml/ 自己可以加減


做法:
- 海蝦剪去腳,頭部和觸鬚!大蜆浸一浸水,魷魚仔洗淨!大蒽切段!
- 熱鍋下油,加入蒜蓉和大蔥爆香,然後加入海蝦和大蜆炒一炒,再加入韓式辣椒膏炒勻,然後便可以倒入水份,煮滾後加入魷魚仔,然後再加入公仔麵和公仔麵所有調味料,公仔麵煮腍後便可以在表面加上一塊芝士,即成!


Recipe: (Serves 2)
Ingredients:
-10 fresh shrimp
-12 fresh clams
- 6 small squids
- 2 tbsp Korean chili paste
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 green onion (sliced)
- 3 tbsp kimchi
- 1-2 packs Korean instant noodles
- 2 slices cheese
- 600ml water (adjust as needed)
Instructions:
- Trim shrimp, soak clams, rinse squids, and slice green onion.
- Heat oil, sauté garlic and green onion, then add shrimp and clams. Stir in chili paste, add water, and boil.
- Add squids and instant noodles with seasoning. Once noodles soften, top with cheese and serve!
