𝙃𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙮 𝙗𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙙 𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙍𝙞𝙗𝙨

Simple dish🐝加入蜜糖效果非常之香脆!平時BBQ好鍾意食呢個菜式~但係其實佢做法簡單,只需要加入醃料,再掉落焗爐焗!完全零技巧,香脆惹味!小朋友都會食得好開心🥰☺️
材料:
金沙骨 400g
蜜糖/ 糖漿 適量
醃料:
糖 1湯匙
生抽 2湯匙
鹽 1/4茶匙
紹興酒 1茶匙
蒜蓉 2湯匙
生粉 1湯匙
1) 豬肉加入醃料混合,至少醃15分鐘!有時間嘅話放入雪櫃醃過夜更好~
2)焗爐預熱180°C,金沙骨放在焗盆上,焗8分鐘然後再反轉另一面,再掃上一層蜜糖!再焗8分鐘,期間可以不斷掃上蜜糖,兩邊金黃色即成


Ingredients:
- 400g Pork Ribs
- Honey or Syrup (to taste)
Marinade:
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Shaoxing Wine
- 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
Instructions:
- Marinate pork ribs for at least 15 minutes (or overnight in the fridge).
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Bake ribs for 8 minutes, flip, brush with honey, and bake for another 8 minutes until golden brown.
