蜜汁蒜香焗金沙骨

Simple dish🐝加入蜜糖效果非常之香脆!平時BBQ好鍾意食呢個菜式~但係其實佢做法簡單,只需要加入醃料,再掉落焗爐焗!完全零技巧,香脆惹味!小朋友都會食得好開心🥰☺️

材料:
金沙骨 400g
蜜糖/ 糖漿 適量

醃料:
糖 1湯匙
生抽 2湯匙
鹽 1/4茶匙
紹興酒 1茶匙
蒜蓉 2湯匙
生粉 1湯匙

1) 豬肉加入醃料混合,至少醃15分鐘!有時間嘅話放入雪櫃醃過夜更好~
2)焗爐預熱180°C,金沙骨放在焗盆上,焗8分鐘然後再反轉另一面,再掃上一層蜜糖!再焗8分鐘,期間可以不斷掃上蜜糖,兩邊金黃色即成

蜜汁蒜香焗金沙骨

Ingredients:

  • 400g Pork Ribs
  • Honey or Syrup (to taste)

Marinade:

  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Shaoxing Wine
  • 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch

Instructions:

  1. Marinate pork ribs for at least 15 minutes (or overnight in the fridge).
  2. Preheat oven to 180°C. Bake ribs for 8 minutes, flip, brush with honey, and bake for another 8 minutes until golden brown.
