電飯煲版臘腸雞髀冬菇煲仔飯

超簡單唔使開火撳個掣就得~我呢個電飯煲仲整到飯焦!電飯煲嚟講唔黐底有呢個效果已經好滿意😌雞髀都煮得勁滑😍煮飯之前記得加1茶匙油😚 @philipshomeliving.hk

材料:
雞髀 2隻
臘腸 2條
冬菇 5粒
米 3杯
水 3杯
煲仔飯豉油
芫荽

雞髀醃料: 生抽兩湯匙,麻油一茶匙,糖一茶匙,生粉一湯匙

做法:

  1. 雞髀加入醃料醃5分鐘,冬菇浸腍之後切片,臘腸切片!
  2. 米洗好之後加入平時煮飯嘅水和一茶匙油煮15分鐘,打開蓋,將其他材料加入,繼續煮飯模式煮45分鐘~
  3. 打開蓋加入芫荽和煲仔飯即成

電飯煲版臘腸雞髀冬菇煲仔飯

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken thighs
  • 2 sausages
  • 5 dried mushrooms
  • 3 cups of rice
  • 3 cups of water
  • Claypot rice soy sauce
  • Coriander

Chicken Marinade:

  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the chicken thighs with the marinade for 5 minutes. Soak the dried mushrooms until soft, then slice them. Slice the sausages as well.
  2. Wash the rice, then add the usual amount of water and 1 teaspoon of oil. Cook for 15 minutes. Open the lid, add the other ingredients, and continue cooking in rice mode for 45 minutes.
  3. Open the lid, add the coriander, and the claypot rice is ready!
