𝙍𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙚𝙧 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙘𝙡𝙖𝙮𝙥𝙤𝙩 𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙚

超簡單唔使開火撳個掣就得~我呢個電飯煲仲整到飯焦!電飯煲嚟講唔黐底有呢個效果已經好滿意😌雞髀都煮得勁滑😍煮飯之前記得加1茶匙油😚 @philipshomeliving.hk
材料:
雞髀 2隻
臘腸 2條
冬菇 5粒
米 3杯
水 3杯
煲仔飯豉油
芫荽
雞髀醃料: 生抽兩湯匙,麻油一茶匙,糖一茶匙,生粉一湯匙
做法:
- 雞髀加入醃料醃5分鐘,冬菇浸腍之後切片,臘腸切片!
- 米洗好之後加入平時煮飯嘅水和一茶匙油煮15分鐘,打開蓋,將其他材料加入,繼續煮飯模式煮45分鐘~
- 打開蓋加入芫荽和煲仔飯即成


Ingredients:
- 2 chicken thighs
- 2 sausages
- 5 dried mushrooms
- 3 cups of rice
- 3 cups of water
- Claypot rice soy sauce
- Coriander
Chicken Marinade:
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Instructions:
- Marinate the chicken thighs with the marinade for 5 minutes. Soak the dried mushrooms until soft, then slice them. Slice the sausages as well.
- Wash the rice, then add the usual amount of water and 1 teaspoon of oil. Cook for 15 minutes. Open the lid, add the other ingredients, and continue cooking in rice mode for 45 minutes.
- Open the lid, add the coriander, and the claypot rice is ready!
