無水蔬菜精華雞煲 中式食譜

無水蔬菜精華雞煲

一滴水都唔加!出嚟個湯底超鮮甜🥺加咗雪梨好好食~大成功!我直程鹽都唔落,健康原味💓小朋友食都非常之健康!happy happy!今次特登揀咗啲出水度好高嘅蔬菜!記住一定要用一個保溫度高嘅煲!個蓋要冚得實~全程要用細火,如果用大火會好容易燶底!如果真係中途太乾都可以加啲水嘅😝😂不過我今次真係一滴水都冇加yeahhh😘

➡️用雞髀或者雞扒都得~

材料: (2人用)
雞髀 2隻
洋蔥 1個
蒜蓉 2湯匙
甘筍 1條
娃娃菜 2棵
雪梨 1個
金菇 1棵
牛油 1湯匙
鹽 少許

醃料: 生抽 2湯匙,麻油 1茶匙,糖 1茶匙,紹興酒1茶匙

做法:

  1. 雞髀用醃料醃10分鐘,其他蔬菜材料切塊!
  2. 煲中加入少許油,爆開蒜蓉和洋蔥!然後post上娃娃菜,甘筍,雪梨和金菇!表面再放上雞髀!最後加入牛油!
  3. 全程用細火冚蓋住30分鐘~期間可以不時觀察和攪拌一下,以防黐底!
  4. 最後加入少少芫荽做裝飾,有需要可以加入鹽調味即成!

無水蔬菜精華雞煲

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • 2 chicken thighs
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 baby bok choy
  • 1 snow pear
  • 1 bunch of enoki mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • A pinch of salt

Marinade:

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Shaoxing wine

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the chicken thighs with the marinade for 10 minutes, and cut the other vegetables into pieces.
  2. Add a little oil to a pot, sauté the minced garlic and onion, then add the baby bok choy, carrot, snow pear, and enoki mushrooms on top. Finally, place the marinated chicken thighs on the surface.
  3. Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
  4. Finally, add a little cilantro for garnish. Adjust seasoning with salt if needed, and it’s ready to serve!
