𝙉𝙤 𝙬𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙙𝙙𝙚𝙙 𝙫𝙚𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙣 𝙥𝙤𝙩

一滴水都唔加!出嚟個湯底超鮮甜🥺加咗雪梨好好食~大成功!我直程鹽都唔落,健康原味💓小朋友食都非常之健康!happy happy!今次特登揀咗啲出水度好高嘅蔬菜!記住一定要用一個保溫度高嘅煲!個蓋要冚得實~全程要用細火,如果用大火會好容易燶底!如果真係中途太乾都可以加啲水嘅😝😂不過我今次真係一滴水都冇加yeahhh😘
➡️用雞髀或者雞扒都得~
材料: (2人用)
雞髀 2隻
洋蔥 1個
蒜蓉 2湯匙
甘筍 1條
娃娃菜 2棵
雪梨 1個
金菇 1棵
牛油 1湯匙
鹽 少許
醃料: 生抽 2湯匙,麻油 1茶匙,糖 1茶匙,紹興酒1茶匙

做法:
- 雞髀用醃料醃10分鐘,其他蔬菜材料切塊!
- 煲中加入少許油,爆開蒜蓉和洋蔥!然後post上娃娃菜,甘筍,雪梨和金菇!表面再放上雞髀!最後加入牛油!
- 全程用細火冚蓋住30分鐘~期間可以不時觀察和攪拌一下,以防黐底!
- 最後加入少少芫荽做裝飾,有需要可以加入鹽調味即成!


Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 2 chicken thighs
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 carrot
- 2 baby bok choy
- 1 snow pear
- 1 bunch of enoki mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon butter
- A pinch of salt
Marinade:
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon Shaoxing wine
Instructions:
- Marinate the chicken thighs with the marinade for 10 minutes, and cut the other vegetables into pieces.
- Add a little oil to a pot, sauté the minced garlic and onion, then add the baby bok choy, carrot, snow pear, and enoki mushrooms on top. Finally, place the marinated chicken thighs on the surface.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Finally, add a little cilantro for garnish. Adjust seasoning with salt if needed, and it’s ready to serve!
