𝙆𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙣 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙥𝙤𝙩 𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙣 𝙨𝙤𝙪𝙥

有網友要求我整닭한마리 😆行動派嘅我即刻做事!超級簡單冬天食好舒服!!湯底本身只有雞味和洋蔥味道,比較清淡!就咁飲都好好飲☺️要惹味啲一定要將雞肉點自製醬汁食😍
➡️雞記住買白皮嘅雞,會冇咁油同個湯會清啲,由於雞想保留原味冇飛水,所以要勤力啲用匙羹潷走啲油同埋白泡喔~
材料: (2人用)
雞 1隻
洋蔥 1個
大蒽 2條 (留少少切碎用)
蒜頭 6粒
蒽 1棵
黑椒 少許
鹽 少許
韭菜 適量
韓國年糕 適量
薯仔 1個
水 1500ml

醬汁:
韓式辣椒粉2-3 湯匙
大蒽碎 2湯匙
醬油 2湯匙
米酒 1湯匙
黑胡椒 1/2 茶匙
蒜蓉 2湯匙
蜂蜜 1 湯匙
麻油 1茶匙
雞湯 75ml (用自己煮好嘅雞湯)
做法:
- 雞埋返嚟之後剪去頭部和pat pat!之後用水洗一洗~
- 洋蔥切一半,大蒽和青蔥切段,蒜頭拍一拍,薯仔切薄片
- 水中加入雞,洋蔥,大蒽,青蔥和蒜頭!之後加入黑椒和鹽~冚蓋細火煮30分鐘!然後除了雞之外把其他材料拿出來!用匙羹慢慢𢳂走表面上的浮泡和油
- 所有醬汁材料攪拌均勻!雞湯用自己啱啱煮好嘅雞湯就得
- 之後便可以加入大蒽碎,韭菜,薯仔和年糕!繼續慢火煮熟~可以用打邊爐嘅形式上桌食用!隻雞用鉸剪剪一剪即成

Ingredients: (For 2 people)
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 onion
- 2 stalks of Welsh onion
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1 bunch of green onions
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- Chives (to taste)
- Korean rice cakes (to taste)
- 1 potato
- 1500 ml water
Sauce:
- 2-3 tbsp Korean chili powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2tbsp chopped Welsh onion
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 50 ml chicken broth
Instructions:
- Rinse the chicken after removing the head.
- Cut the onion in half, chop celery and green onions, crush garlic, and slice potato.
- Combine chicken, onion, celery, green onions, garlic, water, salt, and pepper. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Skim off foam and oil.
- Mix sauce ingredients evenly.
- Add Welsh onion, chives, potato, and rice cakes; simmer until cooked. Serve hot pot style and cut the chicken with scissors.
