𝘾𝙪𝙢𝙞𝙣 𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙘𝙮 𝙩𝙤𝙛𝙪 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙠

上次去食木屋燒烤,叫咗佢個鐵板爆漿豆腐🩷好食係好食不過好似好多味精嘅感覺🙂↕️響屋企煮返個健康啲嘅版本!一定唔可以省卻孜然粉!!就冇咗個神髓🙂↔️PS其實爆漿豆腐唔係真係咁爆漿🤨🙂↕️用普通硬豆腐都得💞
材料: (2人用)
爆漿豆腐 1包
免治豬肉碎 150g
蒜蓉 2湯匙
蔥花 2湯匙
豆瓣醬 2湯匙
雞湯 150ml
糖 1茶匙
生抽 1茶匙
孜然粉 1茶匙
花椒油 1湯匙
芫荽 適量
辣椒 2條
豬肉醃料: 生抽1.5湯匙,老抽1茶匙,生粉1茶匙,麻油1茶匙,糖1茶匙
做法;
1) 豆腐切塊,熱鍋下油,加入豆腐煎香兩邊至金黃色,拿起備用
2) 免治豬肉加入醃料醃10分鐘
3) 熱鍋下油,加入蒜蓉和蔥花爆香,然後加入免治豬肉,用大火炒字變色和乾身!然後再加入豆瓣醬炒勻,倒入雞湯,生抽和糖!煮滾後加入豆腐!煮多大約2分鐘,便可以加入孜然粉在表面~再加油花椒油,芫荽和辣椒碎即成!
Ingredients (2 servings)
- 1 pack molten tofu
- 150g minced pork
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp chopped scallions
- 2 tbsp doubanjiang
- 150ml chicken broth
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp pepper oil
- Coriander, to taste
- 2 chili peppers
Marinade for Pork
- 1.5 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Cut tofu, fry in oil until golden, then set aside.
- Marinate pork for 10 minutes.
- Sauté garlic and scallions, add pork until browned. Mix in doubanjiang, then broth, soy sauce, and sugar.
- Add tofu and cook for 2 minutes. Sprinkle cumin, drizzle with pepper oil, and garnish with coriander and chilies.
