My kid’s fav😍自己包餃子係一件好滿足嘅事情~比出邊買到嘅餃子健康同埋可以揀自己嘅材料!仲要多咗一份愛心🩷菠菜餃子皮響中式粉麵店買到!可以乘機令👶🏻食多啲菜🤣😆😂

材料: (~40-45隻)
餃子皮 40-45張
半肥瘦豬肉碎 500g
粟米粒 50克
蘿蔔 100克
娃娃菜 100g
生抽 3湯匙
麻油 1.5湯匙
糖 1茶匙
生粉 1湯匙
水 2湯匙
鹽 1茶匙
少量麵粉做手粉

做法:
預備餃子餡: 蘿蔔和娃娃菜切碎!加入粟米!然後加入免治豬肉!再加入其他調味料~同一方向攪拌至微微起膠即成!
包餡: 取一張餃子皮,放入適量餡料,捏緊邊緣,可以搽少少水,確保不漏餡!將餃子皮和餡料重複操作,直到餃子包完!
煮餃子: 將餃子放入滾水中,煮5-6分鐘即可!

- Dumpling wrappers: 40-45 pieces
- Ground pork (half fatty, half lean): 500g
- Corn kernels: 50g
- Radish: 100g
- Baby bok choy: 100g
- Soy sauce: 3 tbsp
- Sesame oil: 1.5 tbsp
- Sugar: 1 tsp
- Cornstarch: 1 tbsp
- Water: 2 tbsp
- Salt: 1 tsp
- A small amount of flour for dusting
Instructions:
- Prepare the filling: Finely chop the radish and baby bok choy! Add the corn! Then, mix in the ground pork! Add the other seasoning ingredients and stir in one direction until slightly sticky!
- Wrap the dumplings: Take a dumpling wrapper, place an appropriate amount of filling inside, and pinch the edges tightly. You can brush a little water to ensure they’re sealed! Repeat the process with the remaining wrappers and filling until all dumplings are made!
- Cook the dumplings: Place the dumplings in boiling water and cook for 5-6 minutes!
