💓 𝘽𝙚𝙚𝙛 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙗𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙙 𝙥𝙤𝙩

一煲到底勁簡單!煮食過程超快手😗今次買咗包牛肉有我最鍾意嘅牛胸爽😊然後再加入新鮮腐皮!開心~
材料: 2人用
牛肉片 300g
腐皮 4條
娃娃菜 1棵
蔥花 適量
調味料: 豆瓣醬1湯匙,雞湯250ml,生抽1湯匙,糖1茶匙
牛肉醃料: 生抽1湯匙,糖1茶匙,生粉1茶匙,油1湯匙
做法:
- 牛肉加入醃料醃5分鐘!娃娃菜切塊
- 煲中先鋪上娃娃菜,然後放入腐皮,表面放上牛肉,倒入調味料,大火煮5分鐘或者所有材料煮熟即成!



Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- Beef slices 300g
- Tofu skin 4 pieces
- Baby bok choy 1 head
- Chopped green onions to taste
Seasonings:
- Doubanjiang 1 tbsp
- Chicken broth 250ml
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
Beef Marinade:
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Cornstarch 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
Instructions:
- Marinate beef for 5 mins; cut bok choy.
- Layer bok choy in pot, add tofu skin, beef on top, pour seasonings. Cook on high heat for 5 mins or until done!
