
One pot lazy meal☺️超級簡單都好好食~大人細路都啱食!就咁整呢個麵,再烚啲菜食就可以做一個dinner😚牛肉用咗美國肥牛!今次用咗日本稻庭烏冬,如果用急凍烏冬都得喔♥️我自己再加多咗隻流心蛋😆忌廉用牛奶代替都得~
材料: (2人用)
牛肉片 400g
烏冬 2人份
洋蔥 半個
車厘茄 10粒
蕃茄醬 50ml
牛油 2湯匙
雞湯/水 600ml
忌廉 150ml
醬油/生抽 1茶匙
蔥花 適量
牛肉醃料:
醬油1湯匙,糖1茶匙,生粉1茶匙,麻油1茶匙

做法:
1. 洋蔥切碎,車厘茄切半,牛肉加入醃料醃10分鐘
2. 熱鍋下油,把牛肉煎至兩邊金黃色,拿起備用
3. 同一隻鍋內,加入牛油,爆香洋蔥和車厘茄!然後加入蕃茄醬炒勻,再倒入雞湯,加少許醬油調味,煮滾之後加入烏冬煮熟,然後再加入忌廉細火煮2分鐘~把牛肉放在表面!
4. 最後加入蔥花即成!






**Ingredients (Serves 2):**
– 400g beef slices
– 2 servings udon noodles
– ½ onion, chopped
– 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
– 50ml ketchup
– 2 tbsp butter
– 600ml chicken broth/water
– 150ml cream
– 1 tsp soy sauce
– Chopped green onions (to taste)
**Beef Marinade:**
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tsp sugar
– 1 tsp cornstarch
– 1 tsp sesame oil
**Instructions:**
1. Marinate beef for 10 mins.
2. Sear beef in a pan; set aside.
3. Sauté onion and tomatoes in butter, add ketchup, broth, soy sauce, and boil. Cook udon, add cream, and simmer for 2 mins. Top with beef.
4. Garnish with green onions. Serve!
