椰子竹笙雞煲

Comfort dinner at home☺️椰子雞其實勁簡單!想個湯底鮮甜一定要全部用新鮮椰子水!之後基本上唔需要任何調味料😚今次仲整咗臘味煲仔飯,同埋泰式香茅雞腳💚醬料: 沙薑,辣椒,豉油,海南小柑桔(☻-☻)

材料: (2人用)
雞 半隻
椰子水 800ml
椰子肉,竹笙,馬蹄粒

做法:
1) 雞肉切件,椰子水煮滾之後加其他材料煮熟就得啦

Ingredients: (for 2 people)

  • Half a chicken
  • 800ml coconut water
  • Coconut meat, bamboo fungus, water chestnut pieces

Instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken into pieces. After bringing the coconut water to a boil, add the other ingredients and cook until done.
