
今次整咗一個超級簡單的家常菜(・ω・)ノ我好鍾意食玉子豆腐!再加埋個汁送飯一流😚同埋金菇都索晒啲汁💕
材料: (2人用)
玉子豆腐 2條
金菇 1包
免治豬肉 150g
蒜蓉 1湯匙
蔥花 適量
調味料:
水 250ml,生粉一茶匙,蠔油一湯匙,生抽一湯匙,糖1茶匙,胡椒粉½茶匙,麻油1茶匙
做法:
- 玉子豆腐切塊,金菇切去底部!
- 熱鍋下油,爆香蒜蓉,然後加入豬肉碎炒香至變色,之後放上金菇和玉子豆腐,倒入調味料,中火煮6分鐘,再灑上蔥花即成!

Ingredients (for 2 people):
- 2 pieces silken tofu
- 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 150g minced pork
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- Chopped green onions (to taste)
Seasoning:
- 250ml water
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
Instructions:
- Cut silken tofu into pieces and trim enoki mushrooms.
- Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic, then add minced pork and cook until browned. Add enoki mushrooms and tofu, pour in seasoning, and simmer for 6 minutes. Garnish with green onions and serve!
