蒜香蜜糖牛油雞翼 中式食譜

蒜香蜜糖牛油雞翼

每次整呢個餸我個仔都可以食好多隻雞翼☺️有時我覺得小朋友唔鍾意食嘢,我哋做大人都應該用多啲心思去煮嘢俾佢哋食🥹所以我一煮飯我個仔一定清碗😚😂(but not princess’s food lol)

▶️如果唔想用咁多又可以用半煎炸或者氣炸方式炸雞翼

材料: (2人用)
雞翼 10隻
粟米粒 50g
牛油 20g
蒜蓉 2湯匙
蜜糖 2湯匙
蔥花 適量
生粉 30g
麵粉 30g
油 300ml

醃料: 生抽二湯匙,麻油一茶匙,糖一茶匙,鹽1/2茶匙

做法:

  1. 雞翼加入醃料醃30分鐘
  2. 麵粉和生粉攪拌均勻,油煮熱!然後雞翼平均地撲上粉,放入油裏面中火炸4至5分鐘!拿起備用
  3. 鍋中加入牛油,然後加入蒜蓉和粟米粒炒3至4分鐘,再加入雞翼攪拌均勻,然後加上蜜糖和蔥花即成

Ingredients (Serves 2):

  • 10 chicken wings
  • 50g corn kernels
  • 20g butter
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Chopped green onions (to taste)
  • 30g cornstarch
  • 30g flour
  • 300ml oil

Marinade:

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Marinate chicken wings for 30 minutes.
  2. Mix flour and cornstarch; coat wings and fry in hot oil for 4-5 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Sauté butter, garlic, and corn for 3-4 minutes. Add wings, honey, and green onions; mix well.
