𝙃𝙖𝙞𝙧𝙮 𝙢𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙣 𝙨𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙮 𝙚𝙜𝙜 𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙨𝙤𝙪𝙥

15mins quick soup!一個簡單步驟就可以煲出金黃色的滾湯💛有時唔係下下有時間煲一兩小時的湯水,但係又想飲吓湯呢個係一個不錯的選擇🙈鹹蛋本身已經有味道,所以基本上唔使落鹽!
▶️先將鹹蛋煮熟!之後切塊用油爆香,再倒入滾水,個湯就會係金黃色好靚靚🥰
材料: (2-3人用)
鹹蛋 2個
梅頭肉/豚肉片 250g
節瓜2個
薑 2片
滾水 1300ml
杞子 10g
醃料: 生抽 1湯匙、生粉1茶匙、麻油1茶匙、糖1/2茶匙
做法:
1) 鹹蛋用滾水煮熟,之後去蛋殼切中粒!節瓜去皮之後切塊
2) 豬肉切塊,加入醃料醃10分鐘!
3) 熱鍋下油,爆香薑和鹹蛋!之後倒入滾水,加入節瓜、豬肉塊和杞子、中火煮15分鐘即成!

Ingredients: (Serves 2-3)
- 2 salted eggs
- 250g pork (belly)
- 2 hairy melon
- 2 slices ginger
- 1300ml boiling water
- 10g goji berries
Marinade:
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
Instructions:
- Boil salted eggs, peel, and chop. Chop hairy melon.
- Cut pork and marinate for 10 min.
- Sauté ginger and salted eggs in oil. Add boiling water, hairy melon, pork, and goji berries. Simmer for 15 min.
